Delivery & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items if they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.


Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days, dispatched via Royal Mail.
If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected time frame after we send you a dispatch email please contact us.


The return postage is to be paid by the customer. If non-UK customers require an exchange when returning the item they must also pay the postage costs for sending the replacement out.
For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items back to us.

I can’t give Suit Savvy more praise. Their customer service was so on point. I ordered a suit from them that ended up being out of stock. When I got in contact they quickly sent me through a range of different options, I only had a few days before my wedding and they sent it immediately next day for me. I then found with 1 day to go that the trousers were too small. I explained the issue and they sent me a new pair with next day delivery which arrived before my flight. They also included a free tie to compensate me for not having my original suit in stock. That’s the sort of customer service that really sets people apart.Also to say the suit was amazing, great cut, high quality. Absolutely zero issues.If you’re looking to buy a suit this is the place to do it. I delay with Adam, and he was an absolute life saver. Thanks guys for a really great experience.

Ordered online a boys suit for my son for wedding, the size I needed was out of stock everywhere. Suit Savvy called me (on a Sunday!) and provided measurements and help, ensuring that the size I got fit properly, then dispatched the next day. It fit beautifully and I'm so happy. We went to see Adam after finding suit savvy online. He couldn’t do enough for us, and went above and beyond. His customer service skills were far superior to anyone else we had previously seen. He sorted us out a really good deal for 4 adult 3 piece suits, shirts, shoes, ties, waistcoat chains to take all the stress out of sourcing these. We also got 2 matching boys suits at a really good price. The quality of the suits were comfortably the best we had seen. Yes, it is possible to change your order, but you will need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes you request. One of our customer services team will contact you to let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request.
