Delivery & Returns
We want you to be happy with your order, but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items if they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.
Delivery
Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days, dispatched via Royal Mail.
If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected time frame after we send you a dispatch email please contact us.
Returns
The return postage is to be paid by the customer. If non-UK customers require an exchange when returning the item they must also pay the postage costs for sending the replacement out.
For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items back to us.

Yes, it is possible to change your order, but you will need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes you request. One of our customer services team will contact you to let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request. Please visit our contact us section for methods of contact and please provide as much information as possible and please ensure you quote your order number on any email correspondence.
On each product page, you will find a description of the product, its relevant features, including fabric and care instructions. You can also view the sizing information by clicking the size guide icon on each product page. Alternatively, you contact our experienced customer service team for help with sizing.

You will need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by your credit or debit card company.
We also use the banking verification system that requires your unique password associated with the card used at payment. This securely protects you and us from fraud.
