Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
